For translating from English to a foreign language, the target scheme is NATIVE.
For translating from Arabic to English, the available target schemes are FBIS (Foreign Broadcast Information Service), BGN (US Board on Geographic Names), BASIS (Basis Transliteration Scheme for Arabic), IC (Intelligence Community, the default), SATTS (Standard Arabic Technical Transliteration System), BUCKWALTER, UND_BGN (undiacritized BGN), and EXT_IC (extended IC).
For translating from Chinese to English, the available target schemes are BGN (US Board on Geographic Names), IC (Intelligence Community, the default), UND_BGN (undiacritized BGN), HYPY (Pinyin),HYPY_TONED (Hanyu Pinyin Toned), and WADE_GILES.
For translating from Japanese to English, the available target schemes are HEBON (Hebon Romaji, the default), and KUNREI (Kunrei-shiki Romaji).
For translating from Korean to English, the available target schemes are BGN (US Board on Geographic Names), IC (Intelligence Community, the default), UND_BGN (undiacritized BGN (US Board on Geographic Names)), KORDA, MCR (McCune-Reischauer), and MOCT (Revised Romanization of Korean).
For translating from Pushto, Urdu, Dari, and Western Farsi to English, the available target schemes areBGN (US Board on Geographic Names), IC (Intelligence Community, the default), and UND_BGN(undiacritized BGN).
For translating from Russian to English, the available target schemes are BGN (US Board on Geographic Names), IC (Intelligence Community, the default), ISO9_1995, and UND_BGN (undiacritized BGN).
