Shut down Rosette Match Studio.

Install the new version of Rosette Match Studio in a new directory. (The version number is embedded in the directory name by default.)

When prompted, provide the location of your license key file. If you want to use the same license key file, it is located in the bt_roots/licenses directory of your existing installation.

Start the new version of Rosette Match Studio from the new installation directory.

Import data and configurations to your new installation as needed.
You may delete the old installation when you no longer need the data stored in it.
